The Settlement will provide for payments to all Class Members who properly submit Claim Forms by May 28, 2013. Each Class Member will be eligible for refunds as follows: $16.00 per unit of the Covered Products purchased for personal use during the Class Period, up to a maximum of 3 units per household.

YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS ARE AFFECTED WHETHER YOU ACT OR NOT.

Class Member rights and options—and the deadlines to exercise them—are explained in detail on the Frequently Asked Questions page of this website, and in the Detailed Notice and Settlement Agreement.

Object Tell the Court why you do not like the Settlement.
Go to the Hearing Ask to speak in Court about the Settlement.
Do Nothing Get no monetary compensation. Give up your right to be part of any other lawsuit about the Covered Products, other than claims for personal injury arising from the consumption of the Covered Products.
